Concrete can be colored either integrally into the mix or by applying color after the concrete has cured. I use Easy Seal which is the strongest, but sometimes can show marks. Mask off area to protect door frames, walls, etc. Harris also recommends applying several coats of floor finish, or wax, to protect the sealer from wear. It has a really neat effect on the cement and I kinda love it. I wouldnt use alcohol ink with cement. Concrete dyes are the latest buzz in the decorative concrete community. The more dense the colorant, the better it will do.
